2. How do I choose the right size for shapewear or swimwear?
We provide detailed size charts for each product category. For shapewear, we recommend measuring your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso) and hips (the fullest part). For bras, measure your band size (underbust) and bust at the fullest point. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort, especially with shaping garments.
3. What makes your shapewear different from others?

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 days
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days

Note: We currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.

8. How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully hand-packed and typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (especially summer months), processing may take slightly longer as we ensure each order is perfect before shipping.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our Clarksville, US headquarters, except to some Asian countries and remote areas. We’re constantly working to expand our delivery network to serve more customers globally.

Returns & Exchanges

10. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
11. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
12. How long does it take to process a refund?
