At SWIMwear Sale Store, we want you to love your purchase of our premium shapewear, swimwear, and intimate apparel as much as we love designing it. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, package your return securely and include the RMA number on the package. Ship to: SWIMwear Sale Store Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above, specifying that you’d like an exchange and your preferred replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like our shapewear bodysuits or swimwear with manufacturing flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
