We typically process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
We’re proud to serve customers globally! Please note:
- All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our shapewear, swimwear, and intimate apparel. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hosiery
- Any opened intimate apparel (bras, underwear, shapewear that has been removed from its original packaging)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above, specifying that you’d like an exchange and your preferred replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like our shapewear bodysuits or swimwear with manufacturing flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
